Bali Retreats and the Hotels and Villas we take bookings for are all small businesses who are greatly affected by cancellations. With that in mind, our booking conditions are as follows.
Booking Conditions
If you would like to make a booking a deposit is required. 1-3 nights a deposit of your first nights accommodation is required within 7 days of confirmation. 3 nights or more a deposit of 25% of the total cost is required within 7 days of confirmation. The deposit will be accepted as part payment of the total cost.
No bookings will be processed until a deposit and completed booking form are received.
Final payment is due 30 days prior to check in date local time. Failure to make the final payment by the due date will entitle Bali Retreats to cancel your booking whereupon the deposit paid shall be forfeited.
If your booking is made inside 30 days of arrival the full fee is payable upon reservation.

Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellations must be made in writing.
If a booking is cancelled 60 days or more prior to arrival local time an administration fee of US$25 is charged.
If a booking is cancelled between 60 and 30 days prior to arrival local time, deposit is non-refundable.
If a booking is cancelled 30 days to 10 days prior to arrival local time, there will be a cancellation fee of 50% of total cost.
If a booking is cancelled within 10 days prior to arrival local time, no refund will be given.
If you fail to show up for any reason no refund will be given.

Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard Only)
Credit card fees of 2% for Visa and MasterCard apply. Bali Retreats requires a credit card authority form signed and faxed back to our office if payment is made by credit card.
